  • RV. a. Corpus luteum Insuffizienz

  • RFrauen: 1,8 – 29,2 ng/ml
  • RMänner: 2,1 – 17,7 ng/ml

Untersuchungsmaterial

  • R2 x je 1 ml Serum

Durchführung

  • RBlutentnahme zur Bestimmung eines Basalwertes (Probe I)
  • RGabe von 10 mg Metoclopramid
  • RWeitere Blutentnahme nach 25 Minuten (Probe II)

Beurteilung

Normal:
Basalwert = Normbereich, Anstieg um das 4 – 5 fache des Ausgangswertes (maximal bis ~ 375 ng/ml nach Stimulation)

Verdacht auf Prolaktinom: Basalwert bis 200 ng/ml

Prolaktinom: Basalwert > 200 ng/ml, nach Stimulation kein oder geringer Anstieg, keine Stimulation nötig.

Latente Hyperprolaktinämie: Basalwert normal oder geringgradig erhöht, nächtliche Spitzen bis > ~ 35 ng/ml; nach Stimulation überschießender Anstieg.
